With over 19 years of legal experience, I founded Legal Nittii to provide practical, reliable, and client-focused legal solutions to Individuals, businesses, entrepreneurs, NGOs, trusts, and other organizations.
My practice spans litigation, legal advisory, commercial documentation, statutory, & regulatory compliance, employment and POSH matters, criminal law, and not-for-profit governance.
I hold an MBA in Entrepreneurship from NMIMS, which complements my legal experience with an understanding of business operations, commercial considerations, and organizational governance.
My approach is to understand each client’s requirements, identify potential legal and regulatory risks, and provide clear, practical guidance that supports informed decision-making. Through Legal Nittii, I aim to build long-term professional relationships based on trust, transparency, and effective legal support.

Legal Nittii is based on my 16 years of perseverance, knowledge, and litigation experience in diverse sectors of legal fields such as Civil, Criminal, Family, Consumer, Arbitration, and Commercial suits at various District & Session Courts, the High Court of Bombay, and several Forums and Tribunals.
From the beginning of my career, I have been working as a counsel for various organizations, which gave me the opportunity to work independently on matters, strategize the same, and achieve results for the clients.
After completing my MBA in Social Entrepreneurship from Narsee Monjee, Mumbai, in 2016, I also became extensively involved in legal compliances, tax certifications, and litigation for Trusts, Societies, and Section 8 Companies, building a clientele with exceptional legal services.
